The Role of Human Resources
The HR Department manages the employment lifecycle for all certificated (teaching), classified (support staff), and administrative personnel. Our core responsibilities include:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Attracting top talent and managing a welcoming, equitable onboarding experience for all new team members.
- Credentialing & Compliance: Helping our educators navigate California credentialing requirements, renewals, and state compliance standards.
- Employee Relations & Advocacy: Fostering a safe, positive, and collaborative working environment through clear communication and conflict resolution.
