California Healthy Kids Survey
The California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) is a confidential, statewide survey that helps schools understand how students feel about their school experience, health, safety, and overall well-being. Students in certain grade levels are asked questions about school climate, relationships, and healthy behaviors. The survey is anonymous and voluntary, and parents are notified in advance with the option to review the questions or opt their child out. Results help schools improve programs that support student safety, connection, and wellness.
La Encuesta de Salud de los Niños de California (CHKS) es una encuesta estatal confidencial que ayuda a las escuelas a comprender cómo se sienten los estudiantes sobre su experiencia escolar, su salud, seguridad y bienestar general. Los estudiantes de ciertos grados responden preguntas sobre el clima escolar, las relaciones y los comportamientos saludables.
